We hiked past this hotel a couple of days ago and decided to go there for dinner on Tuesday night.

The process for dinner was interesting.
We were seated in the lobby and our drink order was taken. When our drinks were delivered they also gave us the menu and took our order. Then....about 15 or 20 minutes later we were escorted to the dining room and our food was served.
The hotel dining room....we were the only people in the room.
The service was good and the food was delicious.
